Single Chinese mothers that have a daughter?

@Anonymous1642 Time : 2016-11-18 12:59:49

would a American (white) man want to meet with a chance that he would marry a single Chinese woman, but she has a daughter? too much burden? what if the woman was in her 20s, 30s, or even 40s? and maybe her daughter is also very beautiful as well. Chinese mother and daughter, White husband/father? Since there are many single, divorced  women in China, many have children, daughters, some are just 3 or 4, others are older, 15 to 18. I knew of a very pretty, but single Chinese mother in her early 30s and she had a very attractive daughter who was 17 and she got married to a white expat in her city of Guangzhou. But it looks like most white men in China prefer to plant his own seed and start his own family in China with an "untouched" Chinese woman rather to take on the responsibilities of others, despite the fact that there maybe a very young and gorgeous Chinese daughter in the equation. . .

It is concerning to me that you place so much emphasis on whether the daughter is "young and gorgeous" or not. Why should that be a major factor into whether or not you are willing to take on the role of her new father?

Would it make a difference if that daughter were a son?

Would it make a difference if that daughter was NOT 'gorgeous'?

Your post smacks of a 'hidden agenda' - I hope I'm wrong!

I have been in friendly contact with a woman I met on chinalovematch 5 years ago. She has a wonderful daughter and she is a single mom 5 years older than me. I have at times considered taking her, but ultimately I have not done so and we've been friends for 3 years. The reason I ultimately decided not to isn't because of a desire to plant new seeds, or the appearance of the daughter, it is mainly because it is too problematic and difficult to actually bring them both to my country, especially as both the west and china have been gradually closing up since 2009. This has since then only continued to get worse, ultimately culimating in the recent self-destruction and revival of fascism in the US.

Western men especialy American men  usually accept adopted children as their own and are kind and loving towards them, I think as a stepfather  he can accept my child too .That is the one of reason why so many chinese  prefer a western husband .

For me ,if I love him ,I could accept his children  and love them   even if his child is disability  because of love... I wish I could attactive the same good qualtiy  man  to live with. I am a giving person  , I want a giver too,not a taker.

'Ah, yes', he said. 'I've always liked women who prefer the slightly older man. In fact, my very first girlfriend was 10 years younger than me. I was 18 at the time !'

This has been my experience as many older women get married at a young age and have kids. Then due to various factors they got divorced. So generally Chinese men won't marry a divorced woman with children. So they come to web sites such as this one looking for a western husband who'll accept them and be both a husband and father. I'd have to consider very carefully whether I'd marry a Chinese women with kids, due to the cultural differences and especially how the mother raised her child. Specifically did she discipline her kid or allow him/her to be a pampered little emperor/emperoress with a high IQ and a low EQ. Many of the milinnials here in the States, especially the ones protesting are very similar to their Chinese counterparts.

@Anonymous25435 , So sorry to hear your words ...If I had no kids , I could accept adopted kids or his kids too , I would give my full love to him and his kids or the adopted kid  .

I am so disappointed with your words ..Are you only looking at what you can get? We would let ourselves be selfless then we can get it back , Love too ,Romance too ...If you want a  lot of love ,then give your full heart to love her,love the world  ,and you would get love back ...

Same personality people usually  attactive the same type people.They would be soul mate in marriage ,That is high quality marriage!

@Anonymous25435 The reason for  high divorce rate in China is not only about  they young age ,old days  Chinese women got married even at their teenage age  My opions  as follows

 1.The influence of Western Culture

 2.Simple divorce procedure

 3.Men need not to pay high cost for their divorce

 4.Independent women

 5.Fast pace lifestyle

 6.Cross  region marriage

 7.Parents involved

 8.Personalities and bad habbits: easy angry ,selfish ,lazy Etc

 9.The third one

 10.Others

@JFjane

My opinion, as a Westerner, in response to your opinions, are as follows:

1.The influence of Western Culture What influence? A few movies and McDonalds? The Chinese government does its best to limit the amount of Western influence coming into China.

 2.Simple divorce procedure Yes. It's quick and easy to get divorced in China. In the West it can take a couple of years or so.

 3.Men need not to pay high cost for their divorce The cost of divorce (for men) in many Western countries is the reason why many men don't want to rush into marriage again. Chinese women who choose to adopt the 'Hello, will you marry me?' approach, are usually the ones who frighten Western men away.

 4.Independent women If women choose to be independent then perhaps they should seriously consider NOT getting married in the first place. They could actually CHOOSE to be a 'Sheng Nv'

 5.Fast pace lifestyle No time to have dinner together? Sometimes we allow life to out-pace us instead of CHOOSING to slow down and spend more time with our loved ones.

 6.Cross  region marriage Ah, the 'arranged marriage'. This is when your parents choose your 'suitor'. A thousand-plus year-old 'tradition' that rarely ends in a successful and long marriage.

 7.Parents involved Yes. Parents are not just involved in choosing/selecting your 'suitor', they must interfere in your daily married life........constantly !

 8.Personalities and bad habbits: easy angry ,selfish ,lazy Etc Not limited to Chinese!

 9.The third one Ah, the dreaded 'Er Nai'. A Western friend of mine, working in China, has a Chinese girlfriend. Her best friend, who has been married for 6 years, openly BRAGGED that she has only had sex with her husband TWICE. The first time was on their wedding night, the second was when she became pregnant. Then Chinese women wonder WHY there is a 'third one' in their relationship.

Once doctors in China actually STOP feeding their female patients with bullshit about it not being 'safe' to actively participate in sex once they are pregnant, then the 'Er Nai' may become a thing of the past.

Ask ANY Western man, who has had kids, if they enjoyed sex with their wife/partner/girlfriend during her pregnancy and you will get a very loud and resounding YES!

I actually made love with my ex-wife on the night before BOTH my kids were born.

Existence of the 'Er Nai' is the fault of doctors and their draconian beliefs, not necessarily the stereotypical inherent 'playboyness' of Chinese men.

@paulfox1  Thanks for your opinions. I should give more details:

The influence of Western Culture :China has imported cultural products more than  our cultural export sales:tens million dollars imported books a year ;imported film box office  60% -80% share of the market..We even forget our Chinese traditional festivel, but we remeber the western holidays!

Men need not to pay high cost for their divore: Chinese marriage law protects men .many single mothers raise their kids alone ,no surpports.

Independent women: If feeling full of pain in the marriage and women are indepndent ,usually they prefer to be single .so divorce rate turns higher..we are talking about the divorce rate  ,not  about sheng nv rate.

Fast pace lifestyle:City life is busier and  under pressure,people would be easy to be anxious,lose patience, ..at last love fades..

Cross  region marriage: Chinese City migration came  from different region of China now,usually the spouse come from different place  ,different costums and culture could  cause some comflicts in marriage....

So ,it is  easy to understand why divorce rate is higher ....

@JFjane

Thank you for the extra detail. It was interesting to read and fits in well with what I have observed. The "independent women" that you refer to, who choose not to live in a painful marriage, divorce without proper compensation and take on the huge responsibility of being mother, father and provider to their child - they have my full respect and admiration.
