美国自由行

@Anonymous1613 Time : 2016-07-29 07:58:55

Many agriculture products are prohibited entry into the United States from certain countries, food is usually not allowed unless for personal consumption. the fish head ordainment is all right as it is a piece of art except if it is considered an endanger species. then the least will happen is that you will volunteer it to the museum of no-nos. Worst could happen you could face jail, fine, or both. Best thing is to mail it through either Fed-EX, UPS, or DHL. These are American freight handlers and they have knowledge what is acceptable to ship in. Mailing also has the impression it is for personal use and personal consumption rules are less stringent the TSA. When carrying something through customs remember you are dealing with a High School education person that has the right to say NO GO, without arguments. The Supervisors will usually back up the inspector and correct them after the fact. You can usually find out information on the US Customs website or the TSA site. Have a good trip.

So are you saying that you are bring in several packages of what you have in Question. That would look like more than personal consumption, and more like trying to skate around the law. Could be fun time spending the Vacation from incarceration. :D

Thanks all for the responses! Im here now in the US ! God! I  was so scared, but things were VERY smooth.I passed the visa interview and american custom so easily, and no one even took a peek at my bagpack with me. So if you want to visit the U.S,just do it , do not care what those retards say online much!

@Anonoymous25160

I sincerely hope you that you declared all that you were legally required to declare.

I also sincerely hope that you are not calling people that suggested that you follow all the legal requirements "retards".

If you break the law and get away with it, that does not make you right. It just means that you are a criminal who escaped penalty.

@Anonymous25160 ---"So if you want to visit the U.S,just do it , do not care what those retards say online much!"---

this is very bad almost ignorant advice to any Chinese woman travelling to the USA. YOu are fortunate you got through with no hassles but remember if you are not so lucky at the visa gate in USA you will be in for a rough time. My suggestion to other Chinese women is to follow the rules, pay attention to the details and you should be fine,

My nephew is a border security agent and he has a University degree, I have only a high school education yet I own a company that does extremely well(in the millions of dollars) so please don't look down on people with "only" a high school education as threre are usually legitimate reasons why...the rest of your advice is very good....

@melcyan

You don't know Chinese. Before I get my visa, all people tried to scare me off, they  say rich people even can't get it , how can you do that...ect. A lot of Chinese give you advise out of personal reasons, I hope you west guys are careful, you have to have a good judgement sense. I didn't  mean breaking the rules, I have never ever do that!and will never have attentions to do it.
