我在中国旅行的时后,我最喜欢的中菜是什么?When travelling in China what food I love to eat?

From my own Chinese writing attempts in italki - 2013 (preserving all the original mistakes)



1。过桥米线 - 在云南昆明第一次吃过了。 

2。担担面- 每个区都会有这个菜肴;又简单的又方便的。 

3。刀削面 

4。上海生煎包,生煎慢头 

5。上海小龙汤包 

6。豆腐脑(咸的)和榨菜,油条(有的地方不容易找到这个菜肴) 

7。杭州小火锅(一个人的)重庆/四川的都太有油的。 

8。炒青菜,藕,木耳,竹笋 

9。熏猪耳朵 

10。海鲜粥 

11。新疆手拉面 

12。魚香肉絲 

13。酸辣汤 

14。木须肉,木须薄饼

我们的口味很象啊!我的家乡是陕西蒲城县。我妈妈很擅长做面食,比如:包子,饺子,面条,都非常好吃。我也会做很多,我做的扯面很好吃。是一种比较宽的面条,可以配上肉酱或者西红柿酱,还可以拌上各种菜哨子(各种蔬菜丁炒在一起)。妈妈从小就让我在厨房帮她的忙,只是做一些很小的事情。比如择菜之类的,长大后我非常感谢妈妈,我也象她一样喜欢做饭,也做的挺好的!我女儿七岁了,我也让她帮我做一点小事情,比如我做煎饼,她帮我搅拌面糊。不过我女儿经常不愿意做,我也不强求。现在的独生子和我们小时候不太一样!

of all the cities nad places I have eaten at I still prefer a restaurant in Chendu that serves spicy fish dinner, never had a bad meal there yet, sorry cant remeber the name of it.
