Technically speaking, they could both be true. That is, they may be sincere in their offer and they may also really want to come to Australia. John has two pretty good pieces of advice he gives that apply to both male and female members:

1. Video chat before even considering getting seriously interested. Until you know the person is the one in his/her profile photos what is the point of putting your heart out there. Until you are sure they are the person they purport to be, how can you possibly really care about them.

2: NEVER send money nor commit your love to someone until you have physically met them and had a chance to determine, based on your feeling heart and your thinking mind, that they are real, sincere and they care about you, and that you care about them.

After these two steps, it's pretty much crapshoot. There is no more guarantee in the human heart than there is in any area of life. But you increase your odds if you follow the two pieces of advice above.,,,Good luck, Peter
