The 'Death' of Womankind

'Betty Crocker's' was the very FIRST instant cake-mix to ever be sold. All you had to do was add water.

No woman wanted to buy it, so the company did a survey to find out why.

Women said that they felt they were 'cheating' on their family, because home-made cakes are made with love and affection - not just ready-made powder-mix and some tap water.

All 'Betty Crocker' did was to put 'Add An Egg' on the packet and the cake-mix sold millions!

That was in the 1950's!

What does that actually tell us about the 'fairer sex'?

The 'man-of-the-house' was known as the 'breadwinner' for a reason. The 'lady-of-the-house' was known as the 'housewife' for a reason. A role in today's society that most women are almost embarassed to admit they play.

Back in the 1960's and 70's, women were fighting for what was commonly known as 'women's lib' because they wanted to be EQUAL to men.

The fact is, that for thousands of years man has gone out to 'bring home the bacon' while the woman has looked after the home, prepared and cooked food with love and affection, and helping to maintain the health of her family.

Then everything changed. Women were forced to go to work, (after all, why only have ONE person in each family paying TAX?)

In the workplace, they were treated badly and were paid much lower wages than men. They had to FIGHT for the right to get equal pay, which meant they were MADE to FEEL that they had to RISE, or ASCEND, in order to be on the same 'level' as men.

This was manipulated - TOTALLY! Manipulated by the money-grabbing institutions we call 'government'.

In order for women to be on the same level as men, they would have actually had to COME DOWN to man's level.

The great scientist and genius, Nikola Tesler, (the man we never heard about at school, despite Einstein replying to someone who asked him what it felt like to be a genius, "I don't know, you'll have to ask Nikola Tesla")

Tesla never married. In one of his rare interviews, when asked why he had never married, he said:-

"I had always thought of woman as possessing those delicate qualities of mind and soul that made her, in these respects, far superior to man. I had put her on a lofty pedestal, figuratively speaking, and ranked her, in certain important attributes, considerably higher than man. I worshiped at the feet of this creature that I had raised to this height, and, like every true worshiper, I felt myself unworthy of the object of my worship."

He then went on to say:-

'But all this was in the past. Now, the soft-voiced gentle woman of my reverent worship has all but vanished. In her place has come the woman who thinks that her chief success in life is in making herself as much as possible like man - in dress, voice, actions, sports and achievements of every kind.

The world has experienced many tragedies, but to my mind, the greatest tragedy of all is the present economic condition wherein women strive against men, and in many cases actually succeed in usurping their places in the professions and in industry. This growing tendency of women to overshadow the masculine is a sign of a deteriorating civilization"

Despite the fact that this was 100 years ago, the words were uttered by perhaps the greatest genius of our time. The man who invented, among other things, electricity, as we know it, and use it, to this very day.

Tesla was right. Society HAS deteriorated, and continues to do so.

We live in a society where women feel they NEED a man, instead of the other way around.

Women have been CHEATED! Women have been MANIPULATED into feeling that they are INFERIOR to men.

When all the time, MEN have ALWAYS been INFERIOR to women!

Paul, this is a good article, and obviously bordering on being very relevant to the members of CLM and ALM. It is relevant as it stands, because it describes for the women on our sites, what the women who come from many of the first world, or developed, countries have gone through, and what going through it caused them to become.

But what I think would have really made this article so much more relevant is to have described how you think that women of S.E. Asia and/or China may have escaped going through those same changes, or maybe are now in the process of going through them. In other words, what do you foresee happening to Asian or Chinese women that will be different than what happened to Western women and how will it change them differently than Western women changed.

@JohnAbbot

Apologies, John. I hadn't actually finished editing this article when you published it, (hence no photo), but you were not to know this.

However, to answer your point, from what I have seen in China, it's pretty much the same as the West. Women in my line of work appear to still be paid less salary than their male counterparts - as was the way in the West a few decades ago, but I think one important point to note is that employers are allowed to advertise specifically for male / female workers. As you will be aware, this practice was outlawed in Western countries many years ago.

If an employer in China wants to employ, say, a female under 25 years old, then they can advertise as such without fear of being called 'sexist' or ageist'.

The other thing to note, (and I have mentioned this before), is that single women around the age of 28/29, or so, often find it extremely difficult to find work since any prospective Chinese employer is fully aware of the societal pressure put on her to marry and have a baby before she's 30.

So, while it appears to be sensible in some regards, it also remains quite draconian in others.

"We live in a society where women feel they NEED a man"

I'm not so sure about this, Paul.  The way I see it, many modern Western women don't feel they need a man at all.  They're often highly educated and quite capable of surviving by themselves.  Many in fact look down on men, rather than feeling they need a man.  Or if they do need a man, the bar's set so high that the guy needs to be well above average in looks and have a pretty good job, otherwise he doesn't stand a chance.

"The great scientist and genius, Nikola Tesla, (the man we never heard about at school, despite Einstein replying to someone who asked him what it felt like to be a genius, "I don't know, you'll have to ask Nikola Tesla")...."

Sorry Paul, but the above quotation by Tesla is largely agreed to be an urban myth.

Let me quote from the "Reddit Ask Historians" site:

"Considering that Tesla vigorously and publicly disagreed with Einstein on relativity in the 1930s, the answer is probably "no." Add to it that I've never seen any sort of actual citation for the quote in question, I am inclined to put it in the very large file of "stuff Einstein never said that people attribute to him anyway." Searching around the various books, databases, and articles I have, I see nothing that would suggest that this quote is legitimate. It is of course hard to prove that something did not happen, but in the absence of any indication that it did happen — I suspect it did not."

All straight women need a Man and there is no debating this, the issue is todays female "society" crushing each other on a daily basis in the west. The pressure from feminists, libtarbs, womens groups have made it nearly impossible for a modern women in todays (western) society to have a mind of her own. If she truly did what she wanted the pressure to do otherwise would be so immense that very few women wouldn't buckle under....

As to wether a woman gets paid the same as a man for a job, great no probelm as long as she can do as good a job as a man......

Employers should be able to choose whom they want to fill a position and in the west that "right" to do so has been taken away from employers for the most part.

It is Men who are choosing(in increasing numbers) not to marry women in the west as the bullshit that comes with a western woman is not worth the effort anymore. Hence many men looking to Asia to find a "sane" feminine" partner, although our version of a "sane" woman may be different than Asia's version of a "sane" woman.

For the most part you have always needed to be average to better looking, have a decent job to win over a woman.....it sucks but it is true  do we not tend to set the bar high for women who come into our lives? Do any of us really want the women who are considered to be less desirable? Sad but it is true. We end up with what we get after we realise we may not be the hottest catch on the planet and the woman realizes she is not going to do any better as well.

I was told recently by a chinese male friend that us westerners are laughed at by chinese men as we are getting what they consider the less desierable chinese women but in our eyes they are beautiful.....

@Barry1

If you were a puddle of water, you'd be so shallow that a baby mouse could walk all over you without getting its belly wet.

You are spot-on correct, mate. I'm glad to see that someone  else has a pair of eyes to see and a mind to think with. Cheers, buddy ...
