是的。我过去买的皮太干硬,捏不拢。多次上当后,我也有经验了,得买有水份,软软的,薄一些的皮。我去年才尝试自己包饺子,有博客为证,包得非常难看,还好意思拍照显摆。到底比过去的我能干了一些,很自豪的。现在包的饺子咸度把握不够,儿子说:“你的饺子怎么不放盐呀?”所以一直在不断改进中,一定要做得好吃才行。

在公司上班的时候,午餐都是在外面吃的。
午餐就是一碗的饺子。
牛肉的、猪肉的、鸡蛋的,大白菜的、萝卜的、芹菜的,水煮的,水蒸的、油煎的……都吃过。
更绝的是那个老板擀饺子皮,擀七、八下就是一张饺子皮,两手一挤就是一个饺子,而我需要擀十几下才能做出一张饺子皮…………

做饺子唯一麻烦的,就是要挤干那些蔬菜的水分,营养也损失了不少。我还想喝蔬菜汁呢,姐妹们有什么好办法吗?

饺子是我的最爱,但最不爱的是韭菜馅的,其他的都很爱,基本上我家一周里有至少一次的早点是饺子,要么就是混沌,只要我一出差回来,三天内就会跟我妈,我宝一起包个饺子或混沌的,全家的集体劳动也基本上就是这个了.
还有煎的饺子,我们叫锅贴的,我也经常做和吃,以吃为主哈.

我在北方出生和长大。在南方城市工作了很多年,现在又在一个不是很南也不是很北的城市生活,去过很多城市,东西南北中城市的东西都有吃过。还是很喜欢吃饺子,就是懒得自己动手去做。所以每次吃饺子都会有很深浓浓地思乡情结!(y) 期待你更多的美食!!

其实吃饺子呢,饺子怎么做都是次要的,酱料才是精华。:D是一个朋友说的,不是我的观点,不过我挺认同。

这个放盐呢,有很多讲究的,我是全凭感觉,但是有朋友说,罗卜馅呢,不吸盐,可以放少点,菲菜馅呢,吸盐的,可以放多点。不过我可没有验证过。:D

擀饺子皮的绝活呢,我曾见我的姑姑操作过,先把面搓成长条,再用刀或用手掰成很多小团,沾点粉,稍压扁了,归到一起,一边用手不断往里拨,一边用擀面杖往外擀,一层层的面片就不断飞出来了,那可不是一片片的擀的。可惜我们都没学会。

阿哈,我也觉得自个挺爱生活的,我爱动手,我曾拉过大锯,锯过木头,自己做过书架、花架、风铃。唯一遗憾啊,我想学做陶瓷,一直没机会。
