Chinese Dumplings

小的时候,我们家人总喜欢聚在一起做各种各样的好吃的,那是一段非常美好的时光,饺子更是我们常做的食品。我的父亲还喜欢把面团捏成各种小动物造型以博取孩子们的开心一笑。

Wow...好吃莫过饺子,喜欢喜欢(rofl)

我也会包饺子,可没你包的好看,没你的折多。我包的饺子细长细长的,像我。也许我做面条更合适些。你的饺子太漂亮了!!!和你好好学学。
1、番茄酱的吃法很独特,连汤一起吃吗?配什么陷好?
2、胡萝卜马蹄陷,配猪肉还是牛肉好?
3、很想知道吃不胖的萝卜面,咋个做法?

另外,我的经验是豆角单独做陷是一般,但如果加上圆白菜,别看这两种菜味道一般,一旦把他们混合起来,她们会发生一段微妙的化学反应,演绎出不一般的滋味。试试看。

这饺子太漂亮了。自己现擀的皮就是好包,我这种笨人只能去菜市场买机器做的皮包饺子。你的饺子完全是艺术品。

Reading this made me start to crave for some Chinese dumplings, that surely are the best in the world?

Thanks go to Weiming for her advice and lovely pictures here.

I hope to read sometime on how to cook noodles so that they're not too soggy yet not too firm, an arcane skill that I've yet to master!

你包的饺子造型真是太漂亮了,像是工艺品!饺子一般是北方人喜欢吃的多些。但是你的配料不太像北方人的吃法,北方人吃饺子的配料喜欢用醋,蒜泥,油炝的辣椒油,切细的香菜,小葱,在稍微来些香油....那真是美妙极了!!!;)

呀,谢谢你的建议,豆角加圆白菜,下次会试试。
蕃茄我是连汤一起吃的,但我的朋友们都是干捞了饺子蘸料比较爽口,我其实是最简单的做法,是配猪肉的。罗卜面呢,可以罗卜捣碎了跟面一起蒸,我只在饭店吃过,自己不会做呢。

我的饺子皮也是买市场上机器做的。当然自己擀的好吃,可是如果做吃变成一道复杂的工序,下次会很懒得再做的。我都是喜欢简便快捷的。

啊,我是南方人,可以北方人爱吃的东西我都爱吃,所以北方同事觉得跟我可亲近。:D但我这个既不是北方人的吃法,也不是南方人的吃法,完全是图方便自创的吃法。
