1.除了喝酒外,少吃凉菜。在古代,人们吃到凉菜,一定是下酒用的,因为无论白酒、黄酒都是温热之物,有凉菜相伴,正好中和。现代人吃凉菜成了习惯,在我看来倒是不健康的,并不利于肠胃。

5.现代人一大病症是不饥不饿

饥饿连在一起用多了,大家都分不清楚其本意了。其实两者有本质差别,“饥”是摄入食物量不足,就是肚子空了,而“饿”是主观感受,是想吃东西的欲望。频繁的过于强烈的饿的感觉是心水太旺,不觉得饿的状态属于心气不足。

不饥不饿是现代人的通病,尤其是现在的孩子,肚子里面塞满食物,老是处于积食的状态。他们的肠胃相对满实,口臭、咽喉反复发炎感染、腹胀、不放屁、晚上睡觉蹬被子,甚至磨牙、流口水。
No famine no hunger(不饥不饿) is the common fault of the modern people, especially children, the stomach full of food, always in a state of indigestion. Their intestines and stomachs are relatively full, bad breath, sore throat and inflammation infection, abdominal distention, pedal quilt when they sleep at night, don't break wind, even grind their teeth, mouth water.
不饥而饿,则是现代肥胖人的常见症状,这些人吃得很饱,但总是感觉饿。这个病机则在于心火过亢,情绪和情感上的需求得不到满足,或者内心存在深刻不满足感,以致出现食欲亢进。中医治疗一般用黄连、栀子等苦寒泄心的药物。
No famine but hungry(不饥而饿) is a common symptom of modern obesity people, these people eat very full, but always feel hungry. 6.早晨不饿吃鸡蛋牛奶,那是毒药

7.大量喝水,严重的还会造成肾虚

不知道什么时候起,出现了所谓健康理念,一天八杯水,多喝水可以排毒,还可以冲刷大肠什么的。其实,这样喝水,非常伤肾,严重的还会造成肾虚,憋不住尿。

我不喜欢吃苦瓜,喜欢喝天然水果甜汁,喜欢喝汤,这会不会和肝、脾有关呢???

饭要七分饱,少吃冷凉食物、饮料,睡眠好,气血好,肌肤才会美丽,呵呵。

看了之后,对我很有教意,以前有些所谓对健康有’好处‘的理念,现在经大师这么一分析,原来是不对的,甚至对健康是有毒有害的,,,这是一本很好的营养兼养生指南的书,感谢博主的推荐。

Avoid over eating. Chew food carefully. Eat Slowly.
I don't have a problem with these ideas, they are easy to accept as being true.
I do have trouble accepting the following as being healthier -
Do not drink plain water or pure water.
Eat hot food rather than cold food.
Drink hot liquid rather than cold liquid.
Does anyone know of any scientific evidence to support these ideas?

I can't tell the scientific evidence. You can try to drink hot liquid that would not bad for you. Especially some tea need hot water brewed, and the second brewed, the taste would be better.
