It must be dating back to years ago when I had my 1st job to search for customers online that made me have the habit of using skillfully of the search engines. In the beginning, it was the need to gather information and afterwards it served sometimes as checking the authenticity of the information. If I remember it right, I used to read that searching online will make your brain sharp. I guess ‘The Laws of Attraction’ applies to this phenomenon.

It happened a week ago that I went to Guilin with the folks in my village. Since everyone got the work and daily business, it is not easy to find a time to travel with the intimate ones. My time is not set in stone, so it is only a matter of will and mood. So there we went, to Guilin and Yangshuo in Guangxi province, and it is the 1st time for my sister and me to travel together.

It fits me well, but every time when I wear it, I just feel it is too sophisticated for me---I am not able to present the beauty of my cheongsam in this age.

I am a girl, I am in my late 20s and I put on my profile that I am looking for a man aged 30-40, which is the age range that I think I can accept. I’ve got couples of emails on CLM that probably started by: I think I am too old for you, but I am young at heart. Normally I just replied: I don’t think I can accept a mature man, but there are many girls on CLM, so just keep on searching and I wish you good luck. So I turned down some guys who are almost at my father’s age (I guess this is my way to put it, but I don’t mean anything to be against people in advanced age or I don’t discriminate old people. ). Though there are some nice, polite and mature guys, with whom I am still in contact and sharing ideas of online dating.

I first heard of the word ‘naked’ wedding in a TV show when both the girl’s and the boy’s parents were invited. The young couple were determined to have the ‘naked’ wedding while the girl’s mother was strongly against it. It sounded like a disaster to this girl’s mother. She was not sure whether her daughter would get the happiness and also she felt that she lost face in front of all the relatives. Is it really so bad??

Game players’ prison also? Part 2: feasibility analysis

Every online dating site has its share of scammers and game players. For quite a long time I did not understand the difference between scammer and game player. I put both of them in the category of liers or cheaters, as when these 2 are translated into Chinese, there is only one word in my mind 'pian zi'. And then I did some homework and found they share one thing in common: scammers and game players come to the dating sites in order to cheat people through fake personalities, fake photos, fake template letters, non-existent addresses and phone numbers, forged documents. Well, there may be some amateur game players who would put their own pictures, but normally just one. Not like scammers who aim for money, game players are not looking for money. They use online dating sites to arrange a string of casual encounters, or are simply sexual predators.

It’s been more than 2 months now since I signed up on CLM and during the past 2 months, I’ve encountered various kinds of guys here. In some way, I feel there are a certain amount of people who just turn the online dating site to be their playground. Generally in my mind, members in their 50s and 60s are more sincere and the same thing does not really apply to the ones in their 30s and 40s, but that is not set in stone, as it is more of my own impression. (I don’t mean to offend members in their 30s and 40s. Just don’t take it too personally.) Here I’d like to present some of the mails I’ve received and they are served more like for your information, and also they are the primitive inspirations for discussing of setting up a game players’ prison. For most of the red alarms here, they are simply and mostly stated from a woman’s point of view and thus if you guys have the similar experiences, you are welcome to share them with all of us. And girls, put aside your shyness, and speak out your minds. Here we go.
